What would improve the neighbourhood?

Through our plans for 217 Harrow Road, there is an opportunity to deliver initiatives that could positively impact our immediate neighbourhood. Ground floor space in a new building could offer a modest space for uses to benefit local people.

Early feedback from local stakeholders suggests that the public space surrounding the building could be improved to create a more safe and welcoming environment and this is something we are keen to understand further before developing plans.
